Portrait of Florence – Set in 20th century France, a young writer’s quiet life is turned upside down when her grandmother’s death leaves her the infamous family estate. As Marianne grapples with grief, a resentful family, and the secrets of a home steeped in mystery, she encounters the most intriguing woman she’s ever met.

Ava Kevitt (@avathefriendlywriter) is pursuing a B.A. in Writing, Literature, and Publishing at Emerson College. When she’s not writing, you can find her working at the library, getting brunch with friends, listening to music, and trying to befriend random dogs in the Common.

Henry Golden Boy – When Tucker Bennett must return to his childhood home—an isolated trailer park in Northern Appalachia—to take care of his sick father, memories of his complicated relationship with Henry, a boy who lived in the trailer across from him, come back to haunt him. Split between the past and present, Tucker struggles to stay above water as he examines his role in Henry’s life, good and bad, and the turmoil that followed.

Paige Tokay (@pk_writing_) is pursuing a B.F.A. in Creative Writing at Emerson College. When she’s not writing, you can find her reading poetry, thrillers, and literary fiction, watching horror films, listening to 90s Grunge and Punk, running technical theater and film lighting, and spending time with her five siblings.
